5 HACKS TO REVOLUTIONIZE YOUR MORNINGS

Have you heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day? Well, many people don't really give a damn, but what I can tell you is that breakfast will make your day the best or the worst, depending on what you eat and how you eat it.


That's why I'm giving you 5 hacks here so you can start eating breakfast outside the box, outside the conventional, changing your traditional habits for healthier ones that are more convenient for your body.


Breakfast


1- HAVE BREAKFAST 30 MINUTES AFTER YOU GET UP:


If you eat before your first active hour of the day has passed, your body is not yet prepared to receive food and if you do it every day, for example, 2 hours later, your body will ask for more food at night! And believe me, we do not want this... this is linked to circadian rhythms... we can see this topic in detail in another article.

2- DON'T DRINK SO MUCH COFFEE... REPLACE IT WITH TEA INSTEAD:


I have a friend who can't live without coffee and no one can talk to her until she drinks it, plop!!! She even makes a joke about it...well no my dears, let's change COFFEE for TEA, so as not to create that dependency that generates that feeling of energy starting your day. Tea is healthier, it's energetic and it doesn't create that crazy dependency on coffee.


3- FRUITS ARE NOT FOR DRINKING! THEY ARE FOR EATING! PLEASE AND THANK YOU:


Save money, say goodbye to that little bit of juices full of processed sugars, they are pure advertising and sugar... oh but if you tell me that you make the juice yourself, then I tell you that you prefer to eat the portion of fruit and I will tell you why, the transfer of sugar into the blood is not as direct or abrupt metabolically speaking, as when you eat it, also when you squeeze a fruit you take all of its sugar or fructose and none of its fiber... many people do not know why they have fatty liver and this is one of the reasons even if you do not believe it...

4- PLEASE FORGET ABOUT THAT FEW EMPTY CARBOHYDRATES...LET'S EXCHANGE THEM FOR FATS:

Pancakes, cookies, sweets, what else? Please forget about them! The key here is to replace them with healthy fats. Fat completely eliminates those cravings of wanting to eat again 2 hours later and want to eat a bag of sugar to keep up your energy, an energy that is not real... Natural fats contain 9 calories per gram, carbohydrates have only 4 and it depends on what type of carb you are consuming.


Consider including avocado, bacon, a good piece of meat or pork, and eggs! Lots of eggs, including the yolk, which are rich in fat-soluble fats and antioxidants that really fill you up. They are the most nutritious things we can give our body. Natural fats consumed early in the morning are the best thing you can do to have the energy you need and give your stomach a break.


5- HAVE BREAKFAST IN PEACE, SITTING, RELAXED AND ON A BREAK:


Your nervous system will thank you, the poor thing suffers and suffers each one of our bad decisions, the lack of planning, the lack of awareness and all those rushes that we add to life every day.


Plan and organize your food, your meals, your kitchen, so that you can give each nutrient in a present and conscious way to the only body you have in this life.
